Theatre Royal Plymouth is the largest, best attended regional producing theatre in the UK and the leading presenter of theatre in the South West. Our award-winning waterfront Production and Learning Centre at TR2 is a unique building with unrivalled set, costume, prop-making and rehearsal facilities.
We are seeking an inspiring and professional individual to join our Management Team as Head of Marketing. As a creative and strategic thinker you will work closely with senior management to formulate marketing strategy, policy and brand awareness, and will be responsible for the overall delivery and development of marketing and audience engagement initiatives.
This is a significant role in the leadership of the organisation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience leading a successful team to deliver effective marketing campaigns, audience development initiatives and digital media innovation to maximise income and audiences.
